Yesterday was the three month mark for Sean and I as a married couple! It is amazing how our little cozy life already feels normal. We wake up and get ready, he drops me off at work and picks me up at the end of the day with a kiss. Then we come home, make a quick dinner and then rush up to our comfy bed and try to get in a couple of episodes of House Hunters International. We have settled into this routine quite happily. I know we will look back at this time with fondness. With a fresh bread about to come out of the oven and my love upstairs attempting to sleep in past 8:30 am (I, unfortunately, have lost the ability to sleep in), I have a quiet moment to post some of the pictures from our Colorado Springs reception.
Our DC wedding turned out just as beautiful as I had hoped it would. My one regret was that I didn't have our photographer take a few more pictures of me in my dress. I didn't do bridals because it was one thing that we could cut and save a bit of money. So when we went home to CO, and had a small reception there, I asked my sister Amie to take a few shots of me what has turned into the dress of my dreams. Here they are.
My dear little niece Sofie and I
The Palmers! I loved being able to spend this Christmas with them!
My mother did a great job with decorations at the reception! I wish we would have taken more pictures! The food was also not only well presented, but delicious!
